George Pickett and Anthony Sgro met in 2016 while living under the same roof and quickly discovered a shared obsession: turning the messy, manual parts of business into self-running systems.

George Pickett

George is a full-stack engineer who has shipped everything from React front-ends to Solidity smart contracts. At Anvil he built a computer-vision pipeline that reads PDF forms with 99.5% accuracy; before that he founded three startups, deployed on AWS, and still found time to DJ a few Bay-area house-music events. Today he specializes in building AI agents and automation workflows using Python, LangGraph, and n8n—replacing manual processes with intelligent systems that run themselves.

Anthony spent seven years in marketing, brand strategy, and business development before pivoting hard into AI automation. He now designs voice agents and no-code workflows that answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments 24/7—freeing owners from the phone while they sleep.
